The table was designed with several functions and its main purpose is to uncap frames. However, that's not all it offers. It is also equipped with a heating function, which makes it easier to separate the comb from the frame. In addition, thanks to the use of a hinged lid and two actuators, it can be easily opened and closed. This functionality greatly improves the work of beekeepers and increases the efficiency of the process of uncapping and processing combs.
The table is powered with standard 230V voltage and has a total power of 2.3 kW. It consists a 170 W heated bottom, a 2000 W heating lid and a 30 W lid ventilator. Thanks to this, efficient and balanced heating is ensured.
The table's insert has perforations along the entire length of the bottom, which ensures easy drainage of the pre-cleaned wax. In addition, the table is accompanied by a width adjustment rail inside, allowing it to fit different types of frames*. The table's legs are made of stainless steel and equipped with wheels, making it easy to move the device and easily maneuver it in the beekeeping workshop.
The table also has a 6/4" stainless steel flap valve that allows easy emptying of the tank.
It is regulated by the MHC-01 temperature controller for the heated bottom and a mechanical controller with a capillary for the heating lid. This ensures precise temperature control, adjusted to specific needs.
