The table has been designed for several applications, but the basic one is uncapping frames. In addition, it has the function of heating them, which makes it easier to separate the wax foundation sheet from the frame. You can also use the table to melt the wax foundation sheets from the frames, which allows them to be later processed into separate wax.
The table is powered by a standard 230V voltage and has a total power of 2.3 kW. It consists of a heated bottom with a power of 170 W, a heating cover with a power of 2000 W and a cover fan with a power of 30 W. Thanks to this, even and effective heating is ensured.
The table insert has perforations along the entire length of the bottom, which allows easy drainage of the pre-cleaned wax. The table is also equipped with a rail that adjusts the width inside, which allows it to be adapted to various types of frames*. The legs are powder coated and equipped with wheels, which makes it easy to move and maneuver in the beekeeping workshop.
The table also has a 6/4" stainless steel flap valve for easy emptying of the tank.
The control process is carried out using the MHC-01 temperature controller for the heated bottom and a mechanical controller with a capillary for the heating cover. This ensures precise temperature control and adjustment to a specific need.
