5-frame tangential honey extractor Langstroth manual-electric

A honey extractor is an essential equipment of beekeeping workshops.
Honey extractors made of acid-resistant stainless steel with a characteristic red color of structural elements.

A common feature of diagonal honey extractors is that after centrifuging one side of the frame, the honey extractor must be stopped and the frames reversed to be able to centrifuge them from the other side. These honey extractors are designed for smaller stationary or migratory apiaries. The small dimensions of diagonal honey extractors mean that they are most often chosen by smaller beekeepers.

Honey extractor with a small drum diameter, containing 5 Langstroth frames inside the basket. A characteristic feature of diagonal honey extractors is the need to invert the frames. They are intended primarily for beekeepers with smaller apiaries.

Drum with a diameter of 600 mm made of 0H18N9 acid-resistant stainless steel. Cone-shaped honey extractor drum bottom.

Honey extractor basket made of stainless, acid-resistant rods, arranged in a way that protects the frames from breaking off the patches during spinning. Mesh size 20 x 20 mm.

The controller is supplied with 12V DC or 230V AC.

Electric drive mounted from below. 250W / 24V motor
A manual drive with brake mounted on the upper beam of the honey extractor allows operation in conditions where there is no access to electricity.

Stainless steel flap valve fi 6/4.

The cover is made of meta-plex.

As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.

The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
