In professional equipment tests, the temperature of the heated honey increased from 16 degrees in 2 hours to 32 degrees. About 12 liters of honey flowed through the filter during the heating of the honey. The main advantage of the spiral is the fact that the honey does not overheat and does not caramelize when using the device. Thus, honey does not lose valuable enzymes and retains its natural, health-promoting properties. Another advantage of the device is the ability to filter work even in conditions of reduced ambient temperature, as well as the honey itself (and its thickening).
