CLASSIC LINE honey extractors are dedicated for mid to large size professional apiaries and for beekeepers who want to work with high quality and easy to use equipment. These extractors are made of high quality materials and components.

Operating CLASSIC LINE extractors is simple and intuitive thanks to the HE-02* automatic controller.

Extraction programs in this extractor consist of adjustable, two directional spin cycles, which causes the honey to be extracted from both sides of frames in a single extraction cycle.

Honey extractors are designed for larger apiaries. They are characterized by a small number of cassettes in the basket of honey extractors, but for this they are very efficient during centrifugation. The spinning cycle takes place in two directions, and thanks to the guides used, there is no need to manually move the cassettes and the possibility of blocking them.

Construction

The drum is made of acid-proof stainless steel, properly reinforced and stiffened, equipped with a trigger.

Cassette basket made of stainless steel rods, equipped with cassettes, the construction of which allows the frames to be protected against breaking the patches. The cassettes are connected with each other by means of springs that allow them to return to the starting position. The basket is additionally mounted in two mounts: top and bottom.

Transparent covers made of metaplex, giving the opportunity to observe the spin process without having to open them and expose them to the danger of contact with the rotating basket.

Automatic controller HE-02N for honey extractors gives the possibility to choose two manual programs (right-left) and ten automatic programs, programmed by default for a given honey extractor diameter, but with the possibility of programming them according to the user's needs. The controller is equipped with a working hours counter which can be read after starting the control. The controller has an alarm that informs you when the lid of the honey extractor is opened or when the safety button is pressed. In both cases, the device cannot be started.

As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.

The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
