A professional 6-cassette honey extractor, ideal for fast and efficient honey processing. It supports 6 Layens frames or 6 full-size / 12 half-size Dadant Blatt frames and features a spacious 900 mm drum. Equipped with a 150W motor and smart controller, the extractor provides seamless switching between manual and automatic modes. Its rugged construction and adjustable legs make it ideal for stationary use in large-scale beekeeping.
Made of acid-resistant stainless steel
The drum is made from acid-resistant stainless steel and reinforced for extra strength, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy use. The 4 mm thick transparent acrylic lid allows you to clearly see the spinning process, making monitoring simple and convenient. Equipped with a safety interlock system, the extractor stops the motor as soon as the lid opens, maximizing user safety.
Stainless steel flap valve
A conical bottom enables efficient drainage, while the 2" stainless steel flap valve ensures fast and hygienic honey outflow. The extractor is delivered as a self-assembly kit on a pallet, including the motor, controller, power supply, flap valve, adjustable legs, and lid — providing everything you need for immediate, large-scale operation.
