Radial honey extractors are characterized by the possibility of placing a large number of frames in the basket of honey extractor. The way the frames are arranged in a radial system causes that the rotating acts in one direction. Radial honey extractors are recommended for large apiaries that have 1 or 2 frame types.
Construction
The drum is made of acid-proof stainless steel, properly reinforced and stiffened, equipped with a trigger.
Basket entirely made of stainless steel rods. Basket rims are equipped with appropriately profiled fastenings preventing the frames from falling out during the spin. The basket is additionally mounted in two mounts: top and bottom.
Transparent covers made of metaplex, giving the opportunity to observe the process of extracting without opening them and exposing yourself to the danger of contact with the rotating basket.
Honey extractors with semi-automatic control have the ability to work in manual mode (2 programs) and automatic (one program). In manual mode, you can set the direction and speed (using the knob). The automatic program is set at the factory. The automatic mode is activated by simultaneously pressing two side directional buttons.
As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.
The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
