Description

Construction

The stand is made of stainless steel. Stable and easy to dismantle.

Drum made of acid-proof stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8mm, appropriately reinforced and stiffened. Bottom in the shape of a cone made of acid-proof stainless steel, 0,8mm thick.

Transparent covers made of 8mm thick metaplex allowing observation of the spinning process without the need to open them and risk being exposed to the rotating basket.

The entire radial basket is made of stainless steel rods. The basket's rims are equipped with laser cut edges to prevent the frames from falling out during the spin. The basket is additionally mounted in two casters - top and bottom.


The Honey Extractors operator consists of a high performance THF eco-line geared gear motor, directly coupled to the axis of the honey extractor basket and the Mitsubishi frequency inverter with active optimization function. The drive used allows you to reduce the energy consumption up to 35% while maintaining excellent technical parameters of the honey extractor. The use of the THF series gear unit also increases the service life of the device as well as reduces noise. The honey extractor has a bottom drive.

Engine 0.75 kW Honey extractor is powered by 230V.

The electromagnetic lock is coupled with a honey extractor motor. Turning the engine on causes the electromagnet to be activated, which blocks the lid of the honey extractor when the basket starts. The block release occurs when the basket is stopped. The lock meets the requirements of the CE safety.

Advanced automatic control HE-03 uses the latest developments in the fields of electronics, computer science and process control automation. When designing the controller, the greatest emphasis was put on the ease and intuitive operation and reliability of work. The functionality of the controller was selected to ensure maximum comfort of work with the honey extractor.

As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.

The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
