By introducing partitions made of stainless sheets, we gain the possibility of increasing the number of cassettes in the honey extractor, which increases the efficiency of the centrifugation.
In this arrangement, the cassettes overlap one another, but thanks to the metal plates, the swirled honey does not run into the adjacent patch but runs down the partitions.
The spin cycle runs in two directions, so you do not have to invert the frames.

Basket made of stainless, acid-resistant rods, equipped with cassettes, the construction of which allows the frames to be protected against breaking the patches.
